General massage under a seawater shower, using marine mud as a massage medium.

Sea  water at a pressure of 3-6  atmospheres and a temperature adapted to the sensitivity

of the client applied all over the body with a specific movement as indicated

(muscular, circulation or dermatological).

 The therapeutic propierties of muds are well-known since the Antiquity. 

Hypocrates (460-337 B.C.) used to recommend them in its treatments 

as he considered that the mineral ions were basic for human health.

 

The particular climatological conditions of the Mar Menor 

with a high percentage of sunny days a year and a high salinity, 

have propitiated that in the north end of the lagoon, 

in the zone known as The Puntica, 

were settling the famous marine muds with a high percentage of cations,

 calcium, magnesium, potassium and fluorine, 

as well as anions, 

chloride and sulfates.
