Early booking rebate: 10% till the 31.03.08

Applicable for all special offers: Those costs, which are
not included into the renting price, have to be paid for the
whole duration of the stay. It is not possible to combine
the early booking rebate with the other special offers.
Included
in the renting price
Arrivals/Departures: Tuesdays and Saturdays. Minimum
duration of the stay: 7 nights
Electricity, gas (first bottle is at the villa, further
bottles have to be picked up in the office), water and final
cleaning, satellite television (mainly German programmes and
only a view English channels), washing machine.
Payable on arrival: Deposit 200,- Euro (cash, Visa-
or MasterCard).
To bring with: Towels and bed linen (this can also be
rented for 12,- Euro per person and week. Weekly
change is obligated, and should be collected from the
office.)
Necessary to indicate with the reservation: Cot (till
2 years): 25,- Euro per week, Highchair: 25,- Euro per week,
Extra bed: 80,- Euro per week, 1 A/C 100 €/week
Pets: 40,- Euro per week and pet. Please indicate
with the reservation.
Arrivals: between 17.00 and 20.00 pm Departures: before
10.00 am
The maximum occupancy should only be exceeded by a cot or
an extra bed. |
